The following are general terms that apply to my photography services. Specific terms for your booking are detailed in your individual photography contract.
Booking and deposit. A booking is confirmed upon signing the photography contract and payment of the required deposit. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis.
Delivery timeline. Standard delivery is within 6 to 8 weeks after your wedding day. The Grand Collection includes expedited delivery within one week. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak season.
Travel. For destination weddings, travel costs (transportation, accommodation, meals) are quoted separately and added to your collection as a single grouped line item. Travel arrangements are finalized in advance and detailed in your contract.
Cancellation. Cancellation terms are detailed in your individual photography contract. In general, deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date and represent opportunity cost.
While I take every precaution to deliver exceptional photography services — including professional-grade equipment, backup cameras and memory cards, and comprehensive insurance — no photographer can guarantee specific results. Photography is inherently dependent on conditions such as lighting, weather, and the flow of events.
My total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid for the photography services rendered.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms or from photography services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Paris region, France.
I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
